OooooooOoo, Big KiD Car SEAts!
Rub-a-Dub-dub.....Three little kids in a tub!
Warning: Do not try this at home. Three little people in the tub can only happen when there are multiple adults around to grab slippery bodies from the water, while making sure the other little bodies stay upright. Tricky. Very tricky, indeed.
The night this photo was taken, I needed a break from motherhood. Mike put the kids in the tub while I turned up the radio and cleaned the kitchen w/o any little hands grabbing my legs or little voices calling for me. I thought they'd last maybe 10 minutes, all three of them, in the tub. After 1/2 an hour, I went to check on them! Mike had the kids blowing into water pipes making amazing music, Mike, himself, was blowing bubbles while beating on an H2O drum and all were attempting the puzzle-shape animals you see in the background (some were just chewing on the shapes, but all were involved). In the end, fun for the kids & Daddy, relief for the Ma and a clean kitchen. A well spent evening.

Oooh... How fabulous to have one bath for 3 kids instead of 3 baths for one kid each! What a time saver! I read about a MoM who put her kids in laundry baskets in the tub so they stayed sitting up better. Ha ha! If you dont mind, I think I *will* try this at home... Just not for another year or so! Your kids are adorable and I'm so happy for you having a clean kitchen! What a sweet hubby you have!! Funny how getting a room clean feels like a break! ;) never felt that way in college, did ya?!
What a great night for all of you! Why are your kids so cute? :) Love the pictures. I can't believe all that we have in common either. I am curious to know all that we still haven't figured out... ha ha! So fun! I love ya. Tell Dr. Johnson HI. By that I mean your husband. Not mine HA! Did you know they are having a 50th Oakcrest reunion this summer?
Daddies really need to spend time being silly with their kids. They have to be serious all day at work, so it's good to give them time to relax with the kiddos. Glad you have a husband who will do that. And it's the small things, like no crumbs under your toes, that help you have a good day, huh?
Keep those pictures coming.

I can tell by the look in their eyes that they really miss me....can't you tell?
Well, Mike's endless list of talents stretches further into the horizon.
I love the new mom mentality:
"Okay, I have one half hour to myself while the kids are asleep. What should I do for fun? Disinfect the toilet! Dare I allow myself such a decadent activity? Perhaps I should just put a load of laundry in. YES. This is living!"
I'm with you. Even though you have my list of things to do times 2.
I should have said farther into the horizon. Sorry.
Molly! Brooke Snyder and I were talking the other day and I was telling her I wondered what happened to you! Well, as luck would have it she had all the info. This is Emily Palmer from New Horizons, my new last name is Nelson. I can't believe you have twins! Good luck with that. I would love to hear how you are doing. Our blog is aggiemania.blogspot.com.
I can't believe how big they are, and so CUTE! It was so fun to hear from you, I keep update on you often and am just so happy that you are loving life!
Sure miss you here!
P.S. Make sure you take good care of sweet Catherine Call when she gets out there in June :)!!
Molly,
